§1. General Provisions

These terms of service govern the use of PostNukes, available as a desktop application. By registering an account, the player accepts these terms in full.

§2. Player Account

1. Each player may have one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

2. The nickname (player name) is unique and cannot be changed after registration.

3. The player is responsible for the security of their password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.

4. An email address is optional but enables account recovery.

§3. Code of Conduct

1. Using offensive or abusive content in nicknames and chat messages is prohibited.

2. Using third-party software to gain an advantage (cheats, bots, hacks) is prohibited.

3. Exploiting game bugs is prohibited. Any discovered bugs must be reported to the administration.

4. Trading accounts or in-game items for real-world currency outside the game is prohibited.

§4. Virtual Currency and Items

1. Cash, premium currency, and event currency are virtual resources with no real-world monetary value.

2. In-game items are virtual property and are non-refundable.

3. The administrator reserves the right to modify item and currency values for balancing purposes.

§5. Character Death

Character death during a mission results in the loss of all equipped items (8 slots) and the contents of the backpack. Items in the Safe Box and Stash remain safe. The player accepts this mechanic as an integral part of the gameplay.

§6. Liability

1. The administrator is not liable for data loss resulting from server failures or technical errors.

2. The game is provided "as-is" during early access.

3. The administrator reserves the right to temporarily shut down servers for maintenance purposes.

§7. Penalties and Bans

1. Violation of these terms may result in a temporary or permanent account ban.

2. Administrative decisions are final.

3. Appeals may be submitted through the contact channel listed on the game's page.

§8. Changes to Terms

The administrator reserves the right to amend these terms. Players will be notified of significant changes via an in-game message with at least 7 days' notice.

§9. Final Provisions

These terms take effect on the launch date of the service. Matters not covered herein are governed by applicable law.
